I learned how to make a delicious red bean soup from TV news. The receipt is as following
Clean red beans twice or more ,
Boiled water and then put salt (to make the sweet different, it's better, anyway.)
Put beans in (Do not turn the fire low)
Add cold water as long as the level of liquid is almost half left. Repetitively to add water at least 3 times. (Boiled -> add water -> boiled -> add water ..... )
You will see the bean's size is 1.5 or 2 times large than before.
Btw, add the sugar which is called 台糖特級砂糖。
