I put chicken drums into a container with water, soy sauce, garlic, onions and brown sugar for almost a day long to make sure the flavor will go into the meat deeply. (My Australian roommate, Dan, said it's better to put in the frig and then to wait at least 3 hours.)
Tomorrow I'll roast them. I have no idea what's gonna happen then...
Btw, when I was writing my diary, my roommate, Cody, knocked my door and took a picture of my room. The point was, his iPhone was broken cus there was a homeless grabbed his phone and broke it, and even wanna stole his wallet. It happened in Downtown at night. Oh my god, how can you scare a newcomer who is from other city like that !
