Spaghetti
My first spaghetti cuisine. It's so delicious.
But my home mother helped me too much. The steps are almost the same as Christine's who is my Taiwanese friend. I was so lucky that Mency taught me and also had so many ingredients like olive oil,pepper, oregano, garlic for me to use. I really appreciated all of their helps.
My friend's Guide:
1.需要準備:cheese,butter,如果吃白醬要whip cream,吃紅醬要買紅色的pasta sauce(grocery store都有賣一整瓶的,玻璃裝的)
2.將cheese刨成一條一條的,大概要像一個拳頭那麼多,先放旁邊
3.你先炒洋蔥,蒜,白蘑菇,炒到軟先放一邊
4.再煮綠花椰菜跟蕃茄,煮一鍋水,沸騰時加入花椰菜跟蕃茄,注意不要煮太久,不燃花椰菜會變成黃色的
5.另一鍋煮義大利麵,鍋子內放一點點油,鹽巴,煮沸後加入義大利麵進去煮,大概煮10分鐘,要測試麵煮好沒可以拿一條起來試吃,應該要有軟了,不過不要太軟,因為你等一下還要再煮
6.把麵撈起來放在平底鍋,加入奶油,剛剛刨的cheese,煮好的洋蔥蘑菇,還有花椰菜跟蕃茄,把紅色的pasta sauce倒進去,中火加熱,記得要一直拌喔,不然cheese會黏住鍋底
7.這個只要煮一下就好,就是把全部的東西混合一起,加熱這樣,大概煮3-5分就好了
(要很好吃的話,需要大量的cheese跟奶油,但是會很油,不過真的很好吃,你可以試試看 ^^)
